Traditional Bear Butter Cake


For Traditional buttercake recipe:
Ingredients:
250g butter
100g margerine
250g caster sugar
1/4 tsp salt
5 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
250g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
Method:
1.Grease and line a 20cm{8-in}baking tin.Preheated oven to 180C.
2.Beat butter,margerine,sugar and salt until light and fluffy.
3.Add in eggs,one at a time,beating thoroughly after each addition.
4.Stir in essence.Fold in sifted flour and baking powder,mix until well blended.
5.Spread batter into prepared tin.Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes or until cooked.

Steam Cupcakes
Steam cupcakes{Huat kueh}
200gm self raising flour
200ml water
50g sugar
Mix all and steam in high heat about 15minutes.
{Recipe just for prying}
